From June 4th to June 7th, Li Xin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Yunnan Radio and Television Media Group Co., Ltd., led a team to visit Cambodia to investigate and guide the work of overseas subsidiaries, and visited units such as the News Department of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Cambodian National Television, the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia, and the Yunnan Provincial Commercial Representative Office in Cambodia (Phnom Penh).
Li Xin and his delegation investigated the Cambodian digital companies under the Group, visited the employees of the Cambodian digital companies, and deeply understood the operation, management, business development and other conditions of the Cambodian digital companies. They fully affirmed the business development and business achievements of the Cambodian digital companies, and suggested that the Cambodian digital companies, relying on the existing technical conditions, give full play to the unique resource advantages of Sino Cambodian joint ventures, accelerate the transformation of overseas DTMB and the comprehensive upgrade of Internet TV, constantly broaden business boundaries, efficiently integrate internal and external resources, accelerate business transformation and upgrading, and promote the diversified, professional and international development of the company.

The visiting delegation visited the News Department of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Li Xin introduced the basic situation of the group and expressed sincere gratitude to the Cambodian Ministry of Information for its long-term guidance and support to the Cambodian company. The State Secretary of the Ministry of Information of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Kenkunnawa, on behalf of the Minister of Information of Cambodia, warmly welcomed the arrival of the visiting delegation and highly praised and affirmed the positive role played by the Cambodian company as an important bridge for cultural exchange and dissemination between China and Cambodia. Both sides expressed their willingness to strengthen communication and exchanges, work together to deepen cultural cooperation between China and Cambodia, and promote common development.

At the Cambodian National Television, Li Xin had discussions and exchanges with the Deputy Director of Cambodian National Television, Yingshi He, regarding the construction of an integrated media center. Both parties agree that with the support and assistance of the group company, the joint construction of an integrated media center through technology sharing, platform interoperability, and content co creation will accelerate Cambodia's media integration process and jointly enhance the international communication influence of both parties. Both sides also had in-depth exchanges on deepening cultural content production cooperation, jointly organizing cultural exchange activities, co producing film and television works, and co creating cultural products.

The visiting delegation visited the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia and had discussions with embassy leaders such as Minister Counselor Chen Cong and Cultural Counselor Lin Ruihua. Chen Cong affirmed the work of the group and Cambodian companies in promoting cultural exchanges, economic and trade cooperation between China and Cambodia, and looked forward to Yunnan making positive contributions to the cultural dissemination of the two countries in the 2024 China Cambodia Cultural Exchange Year series of activities. Li Xin earnestly hopes that the embassy can continue to care for and support the business upgrading and development of Cambodian companies, and jointly create new highlights of cultural exchanges between China and Cambodia.
The delegation also visited the Yunnan Provincial Commercial Representative Office in Cambodia (Phnom Penh). Director Liu Xiao of the Business Department introduced the development of Yunnan enterprises in Cambodia to the visiting delegation. Li Xin introduced the business situation of the group and Cambodia Digital Company to Liu Xiao, and highlighted Cambodia Digital Company's integrated media and ICT business sectors, hoping to further expand cooperation channels through the platform advantages of the business representative office. Liu Xiao expressed his willingness to strongly support the development of Cambodia Digital Company, especially in providing assistance in external cooperation, market information sharing, and other aspects. Both sides agreed to deepen communication mechanisms, maintain close contact, jointly explore and seize new opportunities for economic and trade cooperation between China and Cambodia, and contribute to promoting economic and cultural exchanges between the two countries.
